My husband and I bought our dream home and had been trying to sell our old house for 5 months with no luck. With 2 small children it was the hardest and most stressful time in our lives and we were at our wits end.. Call us crazy but on a spur-of-the-moment, we decided to sell our house but knew that we didn't want to pay the full commission on selling. Online we went and googled “Top Broker With Minimum Commission Mississauga”. We looked at all the results on the first page and did our research. There were 2 realtors that we focused on, one other realtor and Joseph. We eventually called Joseph and made an appointment for him to come visit the house. During the meeting, he explained what the process was going to be and what we should be expecting based on the current market situation. He also advised what we needed to do with regards to improvements and decluttering. He came to visit 3 more times after the initial meeting to check on our progress. After a month, we were finally ready to list. We signed the contracts with him, as both seller’s agent and buyer’s agent.
